Views are my own

STAT-BLOG is my personal blog. The views here are my own and not those of my employer, or of any organisation I work with. Nothing here is professional, statistical, regulatory or medical advice for your particular situation.

Privacy

I try to collect as little as possible. In short: no adverts, no tracking cookies and no accounts.

• Hosting. The site is hosted by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare handles basic technical details of each visit (such as your IP address) to deliver the pages and keep the site secure.
• Visitor numbers. I use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see how many people visit and which pages they read. It doesn’t use cookies and doesn’t identify you.
• Your browser’s memory. The site remembers your screen colour choice, and whether you’ve already seen the start-up animation, on your own device. This never leaves your browser, and you can clear it at any time in your browser settings.
• Email. If you email me at [email protected], the message is forwarded to my personal inbox. I only use it to reply, and I don’t share it.
• Links to other sites. Buttons such as SHARE ON LINKEDIN take you to other websites, which have their own privacy policies.

If you have any questions, or want me to delete an email you’ve sent, get in touch at [email protected].
